1.
Under Water Sea Creatures Underwater sea creatures Are the colour of the rainbow Yellow, violet, red and blue Dissolving as the water flows With a long nose nosing out And the cutest curling tail Seahorses are the weirdest crites All crumbly and frail With nasty, naughty, nippers But the nicest, little black eyes Crabs do a super, side on stride All neat and organised With a grin that goes down to their guts And their pencil case zipper talk Dolphins are so friendly They get on their tails and walk

Come Over & See Me Sometime Come over and see me sometime Come over – oh – not that far Come over and see me sometime Driving in mum’s car Going home from school and the sun is shining Up ahead is a real big bend As we go around - I really like it I really like it cause you’re my friend Sometimes holidays can be a drag Staring out the window it never ends But when we take a corner I really like it I really like it cause you’re my friend Take a silly sideways Lean a little, loose your grip Take a silly sideways Lean a little, abandon ship Take a silly sideways ………

Call Of the Willy Willy By the road when you think it’s quiet Up jumps a wind in a little riot Spinning, silly, spinning, silly This is what they call a Willy Willy Starts down low like a sight-seeing snake Drags it all in like a garden rake Dust, debris – whirling round Dragging both your feet from off-a the ground Curling, twirling - into the sky All of a sudden – a Willy Willy dies.
4.
Every Little Bubble Dip in water, soap in hand, rub a little – understand Make a circle - finger thumb, this is how the bubble comes Blow a little – gently goes, this is how the bubble grows Can you see the colours in the skin … Every little bubble hides a rainbow, every little bubble’s born to fly Every little bubble hides a rainbow, can you catch a colour could you try.
5.
A Seal Holiday Let me take you on a seal holiday We won’t go far – just to Bridgewater Bay The water’s calm and the place ideal We’ll go looking, looking for seals Seals play - they zoom and zip Off the rocks with a flap and a flip Seals “arf” and share a kiss The life of a seal is total bliss Let me take you on a seal holiday A big volcano made Bridgewater Bay There’s a deep ocean cave in the crater rim Where the seals all rest when they’ve had a swim Seals swim and surf and bob Catching fish is a skilful job Seals were hunted and most were killed Now they’re protected and the rocks are filled Let me take you on a seal holiday The seals are friendly – they’ll come and say gidday Don’t get the boat too close, don’t give ‘em a feed The ocean provides everything they need Seals stink – they really do They have bad breath and smelly poo Never mind, don’t let it get to you Because a seals gotta do what a seals gotta do
6.
Pappa Murray & His Putt Putt Boat Pappa Murray in his putt putt boat He likes to fish and he likes to float Pappa Murray on his wooden seat (with his gum boot feet) Putt, putt, putt to the fishing boat beat Pappa Murray in the swell and the tide The boat gently rocks him from side to side Down the river and out to sea Pappa Murray would you please take me Pappa Murray doesn’t mind the time With his rod and his reel and his old green line With the waves and with the whales If the putt, putt stops he’ll hoist his sails His boat heads home in the sun setting glow Mutton birds dive deep into their burrows Pappa smiles and he pats his boat For he likes to fish and he likes to float.
7.
See The Brolgas Dance We don’t know if you’ve heard There’s a dance done by a graceful bird To build up trust before all things It courts the other with the widest wings See the brolgas dance See the brolgas dance See the way each move it speaks See the brolgas dance See the brolgas dance It’s a lifetime friend they seek With your children look and learn Watch the broglas touch and turn Partner, family, every nation Friendship linking all creation
8.
Come Come Whaley Whaley Come Come Whaley Whaley Welcome Welcome - Pombar We see the people waiting Hear the men they’re singing Now it’s time to choose For this song we can’t refuse As their songs they reach They call us come and beach Now it’s time to choose For this song we can’t refuse Will we send just any whale. Oh no! Will we send the one that’s frail. Oh no! Why not send the fattest Why not send the fattest Why not send the fattest male We are proud to see you go We are sad to say goodbye Now it’s time to choose For this song we can’t refuse
9.
Little Birdie Told Me A little birdie told me As he was passing bye A little birdie told me, he wouldn’t tell a lie Moving through the forest From tree to tree he goes That little birdie knows Hey, what’s that you say my little one Them seeds are very good Come quickly with your family We really think you should Hey why you chirping over there Is there an old snake in that grass Get your friends and catch him For he’s where your children pass Hey where you gone my feathered friend Is that bushfire way too near It’s time to move to safety Come on – let’s get out of here Hey we like your pretty song You say our friends are on the way They’re walking through the forest Can you hear their children play
10.
Caring For The Coast There’s lots of little sea creatures we can know Caring for the coast will help them grow Caring for the coast – it’s such a pleasure It’s loaded with life and lots of tiny treasures Watch a small sea star lift a brittle limb You prefer to walk where others chose to swim But your best trick by far is hidden out of sight You drop your stomach out your mouth – a funny type of bite! You’re so delicate, delightful with your camouflage wagging A cousin of a seahorse – a leafy sea dragon Tiny, exquisite, a Southern Ocean jewel Mimicking the plants in the warm rock pools Sophisticated sea weed crabs gather round By your hungry predators you can’t be found Snipping bits of seaweed that you glue on your shell A crab or a weed – I just can’t tell

I’ve Got A Wallaby Tooth It doesn’t hurt, it isn’t sore I’ve never had one of these before It isn’t angry, it doesn’t ouch I don’t think it’s got a furry pouch I’ve got a Wallaby, Wobbly Wallaby, Wobbly I’ve got a Wobbly Tooth It doesn’t hurt, it isn’t sore I don’t think it’s got two small front paws It isn’t angry, It doesn’t ache My gums have got a new tooth to make
12.
Lucky I’m A Droptail It really is an awful drag To have a body like a bag That cannot dart or dash or run Unless I first sit in the sun Sitting in the sun is hard There’s cats and dogs in this yard Each one wants me in their gizzard It’s lucky I’m a drop tail lizard I’m not a dog that has three legs Or a shell without it’s snail I might be shorter but it’s no harm It’s lucky I’m a drop tail There’s children here with nasty jars Why don’t they play with matchbox cars They creep up with their fingers out “Gotcha’s” what they all shriek and shout It’s then I pull the safety switch I drop my tail to tweak and twitch A trick as good as any wizard It’s lucky I’m a drop tail lizard
13.
Weedy Seadragon Rainbow reds in autumn cloth Rainbow jewellery that you wear Your beauty is a special gift Making us all aware Weedy Seadragon Moored in your rhythmic motion Weedy Seadragon Pride of a powerful ocean Weedy Seadragon The water’s cold but you light a fire Weedy Seadragon You do inspire Seaweeds strips and drifting floats Seaweed home of blue green light Clear water and a healthy sea You can help us all unite
14.
When I Wear This Hat When I wear this hat It makes me want to dance I close my eyes when I get my chance When I wear this hat It makes me feel like I want to dance You can dance and I’ll play guitar You can lift your arms and jump up far What a great way to be a star You’d like a turn, well here’s your break We’re going to follow every move you make What you wriggle – we might just shake Can you twist yourself into a spin You can go round once and then again Soon you’re back – back where you began
